The experience at Mercedes Benz of Reading was good because their customer service was excellent. I had dealt with several other Mercedes dealers but Reading outclassed them all. I actually traveled over 80 miles as I wanted a particular Mercedes B Class. Idnan at Reading was extremely helpful & the entire process exceptional. Customer care is incredibly important when purchasing a premium value car. Reading clearly prioritise customers in their approach to sales without pushy salesmanship. Well done.
