We picked the car up on a Friday dealership was busy but we where happy to wait didn’t use the car until the Sunday found driving the car at speed find it had brake judder returned home after many attempts on Monday to speak about the fault nobody returned my calls Tuesday returned to dealership very apologetic about reception they booked the car in and offered a courtesy car if needed car returned on the Wednesday and collected on Friday repaired now happy fault rectified quickly and no other fault’s but would have preferred the offer of a longer road test than to Tesco fuel station and back.

I'd suggest Mercedes Benz of reading as very friendly knowledgeable, did not pressure you and answered all the questions thoughtfully and perfessionally, as never driven an automatic ( for a long time) was put at ease with the how the approach of the assistant was and also made feel Important than just another Customer.
Communication was good keped me informed on everything and explained the "add on" well that I have also taken up, again with out any pressure in doing so.
Would recommend anyone who will be looking to purchase a car to go and look and experience a good reliable service as well as amazing,reliable car.

The staff at Mercedes Benz of Reading were friendly and professional. I doubt with Daniel who was very knowledgeable and nothing was to much trouble, if he wasn’t available when I rang he would ring back the same day. I would highly recommend him
